Bacon Bats - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon
1 lb. sharp cheese
1 large onion
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
bread slices
Preparation

Grind
or crumble bacon, cheese and onion together; stir in seasonings.
Toast bread on one side under broiler;
spread untoasted side with filling; cut in any desired shape.
Arrange on cookie
sheet;
place under broiler until bubbly and brown. Serve immediately.
These may be spread in advance and broiled before serving.
