Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sliced round steak
    1/4 c. flour
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
    1 c. sour cream
    3 c. cooked noodles (6 oz. uncooked)
Preparation
    Cut meat into strips or cubes; dust with flour and pepper. Brown meat in skillet in butter.
    Add mushrooms, onions and garlic; brown slightly.
    Stri in broth.
    Cover; cook for 1 hour, or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally.
    Gradually blend in sour cream; cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
    Combine with noodles.
