Fruit Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 can pie filling (apple or cherry are good)
brown sugar (about 1/2 c.)
chopped nuts (about 1/2 c.)
Preparation

Grease your mixing bowl, then add all of the ingredients.
Mix with a spatula only.
Pour into a greased but not floured 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and finely chopped nuts, if desired. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
