Chew Pecan Cookie Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix sugar, mayonnaise and vanilla.
Stir in flour which has been mixed with baking powder and 1/2 cup pecans.
Press into well-greased 8-inch square pan.
Sprinkle remaining pecans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Cut into squares.
