Mixed Fruit Ambrosia(Dessert On The Grill) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
2 bananas, cut into thin slices
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/3 c. chopped dates
2 Tbsp. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. Triple Sec or orange juice
8 pound cake slices
sour cream
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except pound cake and sour cream until well mixed.
Place mixture in center of an 18-inch square of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Bring edges together and crimp securely.
Bring opposite sides together; fold and crimp.
