Whole Wheat Macaroni Russian Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 red onion, thinly sliced
    2 chopped scallions
    1 chopped green pepper
    2 c. shredded cabbage
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1 chopped carrot
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    2 Tbsp. tamari sauce
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine the first 6 ingredients.
    Saute in butter the remaining ingredients.
    Boil 2 cups raw whole wheat macaroni in salted water until done.
    Drain and butter.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Bake in buttered casserole, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
