Chocolate Eclair Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 lb. box graham crackers
ready to spread chocolate frosting
Preparation

Mix pudding with milk and beat for 2 minutes.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Spray 13 x 9-inch pan.
Line with graham crackers.
Spread half of pudding mixture on crackers.
Cover pudding with crackers. Spread remaining pudding on crackers.
Cover with crackers. Spread frosting on top layer of crackers.
Refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.
Refrigerate leftovers.
