Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can pineapple
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla until thick.
    Stir in the rest; blend well.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 1 (10-inch) tube pan or 2 loaves of bread.
