Beef Fajitas(24 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 can cubed beef (6 lb. can)
    1/2 c. lime juice
    6 Tbsp. red hot sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. crushed red peppers
    salt to taste
    onions
    green peppers
Preparation
    Heat together all ingredients, except onions and green peppers.
    Grill 24 ounces sliced onion and 12 ounces sliced green peppers.
    Cook until onion is transparent; set aside.
    Serve with 1 (10-inch) tortilla, 2 ounces meat mixture, 1 ounce grilled onions, 1/2 ounce grilled green peppers, 1/4 ounce chopped tomato, 1/4 ounce shredded lettuce, 1/4 ounce shredded cheese and 1/4 ounce sour cream.
    Wrap in the tortilla.
