Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. onion
1 c. celery
1 c. bell pepper
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes and green chilies
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 large head lettuce
2 large fresh tomatoes
1/3 (11 oz.) pkg. Fritos
Preparation

Brown ground beef and set aside.
Chop onion, celery and bell pepper.
Saute with minced garlic in remaining juices.
Combine meat with mixture and spices.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Cut lettuce coarsely and dice tomatoes.
Toss together in a large bowl and add slightly crushed Fritos.
