Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked squash
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup or chicken
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 small jar pimentos, chopped
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients.
    Melt 1 stick margarine and pour over 1/2 package Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing.
    Put layer of crumbs and layer of mixture.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
