Easy Nachos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag tortilla chips
    1 large jar salsa
    1 can Van Camp's chili
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 small block Velveeta cheese
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    To prepare cheese sauce:
    Cut cheese into cubes and place in microwave-safe dish.
    Melt in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
    Add some of the milk and stir.
    Repeat process until creamy.
