Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 yams
    12 pecan halves
    12 marshmallows
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. cream
    dash of salt or to taste
    graham cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Boil yams until tender and remove skins.
    Mash and season with pinch of salt, butter and cream.
    Take heaping tablespoon of potato mix; form ball, flatten and place pecan and marshmallow in center.
    Mold into ball, roll in graham cracker crumbs.
    Place balls on greased pan.
    Just before serving, place in hot oven to brown slightly and let the marshmallows get a little soft.
    Serve at once.
