Low-Fat Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. smooth peanut butter
    1 c. frozen concentrate apple juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. whole wheat pastry flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Using a mixer, mix all wet ingredients.
    Add dry to wet ingredients.
    Drop onto cookie sheet.
    Press with fork.
    Bake 15 to 18 minutes. Makes 2 dozen.
