Half-Moon Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. baking soda
    4 oz. melted chocolate*
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix with a beater and drop by heaping spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Turn upside down to cool.
    Frost 1/2 of flat side with chocolate frosting and 1/2 with vanilla frosting.
    These freeze well.
