Nutritional Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
1 c. powdered milk (or 1 additional c. flour)
1/4 c. margarine or butter flavor Crisco
1 c. peanut butter (crunchy tastes better)
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. applesauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. honey
6 to 7 c. oatmeal
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
Form dough into small balls.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
These cookies are so nutritional they can be eaten for breakfast and are a real good snack for after school.
