Hamburger-Potato Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. our scalloped potatoes
    1 (2 oz.) jar sliced pimento, drained
    3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper (if desired)
Preparation
    In medium skillet, brown meat with salt over medium heat; drain.
    Stir in potatoes; sprinkle with packet of seasoned sauce mix.
    Add amounts of water and milk called for on package.
    Stir in pimiento and green pepper.
    Heat to boiling, stirring frequently. Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
