Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising meal
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. buttermilk or 1 1/2 c. sweet milk
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 Mexican hot peppers, chopped
    3/4 c. cream-style corn
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos
Preparation
    Mix as you would corn bread. Pour into a preheated, well oiled, heavy Bundt pan or large, heavy skillet. Preheat utensil to 425\u00b0 before oiling and bake about 45 minutes or until well browned. (Heat pan before oiling.)
