Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash, sliced and cooked
    salt and pepper
    1 raw grated carrot
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix squash, salt, pepper, carrot, sour cream, soup and onion. Melt margarine and mix with stuffing.
    Put 1/2 of stuffing on the bottom of casserole.
    Add squash mixture and top with remaining stuffing mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6. This freezes well, also.
