Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    5 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    3/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Mix with buttermilk, flour and soda.
    Add oil and sugar.
    Mix until flour is dissolved.
    Roll and cut into biscuits.
    May be cooked at once or let rise for a few minutes.
    (This may also be kept in refrigerator for several days in covered bowl.)
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 and cook until brown (about 12 to 16 minutes).
