Company Ham Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen Brussels Sprouts or 2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
3 to 4 c. finely cubed ham
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. wine vinegar
1/2 c. bread crumbs, buttered
1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook vegetables according to package directions; drain.
Place in shallow 2 quart baking dish.
Top with ham.
Mix mayonnaise, soup and vinegar.
Pour over ham mixture.
Mix bread crumbs and cheese.
Sprinkle evenly over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until top is browned.
Serves 6.
