Surprisingly Simple Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (4 oz. each), chunked
salt and pepper
flour
paprika
4 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (26 oz.) jar Classico Di Napoli Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
1 small green pepper, cut into thin strips
1 small red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1/2 (1 lb.) pkg. Creamette thin spaghetti, uncooked
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Provolone cheese
Preparation

Season chicken with salt and pepper, then coat with flour and sprinkle with paprika.
In large skillet, heat 3 tablespoons oil. Brown chicken and garlic; drain.
Stir in Classico pasta sauce. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat.
Cover; simmer 20 minutes, adding green and red bell peppers last 5 minutes.
Prepare Creamette thin spaghetti according to package directions; drain and toss with remaining 1 tablespoon oil.
Arrange on warm serving platter.
Top with hot chicken sauce and cheese.
Serve immediately.
Refrigerate leftovers.
