Garden Vegetable Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped fresh broccoli or sliced fresh cauliflower (frozen can be substituted for fresh)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Lightly grease 10-inch pie pan.
Heat 1 inch salted water to boiling.
Add broccoli.
Cover and heat to boiling.
Cook until tender (5 minutes).
Drain thoroughly.
Mix broccoli, onion, green pepper and cheese.
Spread in pie pan.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high speed.
Pour over broccoli mixture.
Bake until golden brown and knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes clean, 35 to 40 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Serves 6.
