Angel Food Pineapple Cake(Serves 20) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large angel food cake (about 12 oz.)
1 (15 oz.) can undrained, crushed pineapple
1 large carton Cool Whip type cream
1 (7 oz.) jar maraschino cherries
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can coconut
Preparation

Tear or cut angel food cake into small bite-size pieces and place in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Layer 1/2 of the undrained pineapple, Cool Whip and cherries.
Repeat layering, ending with Cool Whip on top.
