Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks margarine
    3/4 c. cocoa
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 1/2 lb. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Melt margarine and add cocoa; simmer.
    Add milk, salt and vanilla.
    Simmer for 7 to 8 minutes.
    Add this mixture to powdered sugar.
    Beat until cool.
    Spread on cake.
