Broccoli Salad With Feta Cheese * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head broccoli
    1/2 c. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    2 garlic cloves
    radishes, sliced
    1/2 c. sliced black olives
    pignoli nuts
    2 tomatoes, quartered
    8 oz. Feta cheese
Preparation
    Cut broccoli into small pieces.
    Mash garlic with salt; mix in vinegar and beat in olive oil.
    Pour over broccoli.
    Add radishes, olives and pignoli nuts and marinate for about 5 hours.
    Just before serving, add tomatoes and Feta cheese.
