Creamed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced raw potatoes
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    salt
    pepper
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender.
    Drain. Melt butter in a saucepan and blend in flour, salt and pepper. Gradually stir in the milk and cook over low heat until thickened. Stir often.
    Add the hot diced potatoes to the sauce.
    Serves 4.
