Delicious Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 egg whites, beaten very stiff
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 box light brown sugar
2 to 2 1/2 c. pecan halves

Preparation

Combine egg whites and vanilla. Add brown sugar; mix well. Fold in pecan halves. Using a fork, remove individual pecans from mixture and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at 200\u00b0. Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
