Livery Stable Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. frozen whole strawberries
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    3 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Place berries in medium bowl.
    Sprinkle with sugar.
    Let stand until thawed and then slice.
    Preheat to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 2 (9 x 15-inch) loaf pans.
    Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt and baking soda.
    Mix well in large bowl.
    Add oil and eggs to berries.
    Add flour mixture; stir in pecans.
    Blend until ingredients are moistened.
    Divide batter between 2 pans.
    Bake until toothpick comes clean in center, 45 to 50 minutes.
    Cool in pan 10 minutes.
    Turn out on rack and cool again.
