Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
2 egg yolks
3 Tbsp. flour
grated rind or juice of 1 lemon
1 c. milk
Preparation

Mix sugar, butter and egg yolks.
Add flour and rind or juice of lemon.
Add milk.
Beat egg whites until fluffy.
Add to mixture.
Pour in crust.
Bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
