Virginia Sally Lunn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. scalded milk
    1/2 c. butter
    4 c. flour
    3 eggs
    1 pkg. yeast dissolved in 1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    After milk cools slightly, add all but 1 cup flour; beat for 2 minutes.
    Add remaining flour.
    Let rise 1 hour.
    Beat with wooden spoon; pour into angel food pan greased.
    Let rise 1 hour or until 1-inch from top of pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 50 minutes until golden brown.
