Butter Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can okra, tomatoes and corn (undrained)
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can large butter beans (undrained)
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup (undiluted)
    1 to 2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat in large saucepan over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Stir in onion and cook for 5 minutes, until tender. Drain off excess fat. Add all cans of vegetables, beans, seasoning, salt and pepper. Stir and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, until heated through. Makes 4 servings.
