Oven Stew Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. stew beef (or roast)
    1 pkg. dry mushroom onion soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. sherry or red wine
Preparation
    Mix together and pour over beef (cut in small cubes).
    Stir together.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours, covered.
    Served with rice.
