Rotini Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked rotini
    1 c. thinly sliced cucumber
    1/2 c. thinly sliced sweet onion
    6 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 c. water
    6 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Cook rotini according to package direction.
    Drain and rinse in cold water.
    Drain well!
    Place in bowl; add cucumber and onion.
    Combine remaining ingredients in blender or jar with tight-fitting lid; mix well.
    Pour over rotini mixture and toss to coat.
    Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Yield: 4 servings.
