Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium sized potatoes
    4 hard-cooked eggs
    1 medium sized onion
    2 small carrots, grated
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until soft.
    Cool and peel.
    Dice potatoes, eggs and onion.
