Hot Rolls(5 Dozen) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. warm milk (1 qt. water plus 1 c. dry milk)
    1 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    3 pkg. yeast in warm milk
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 gal. plus 1 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix milk, shortening, sugar and salt together.
    Let cool.
    Add yeast in warm milk and eggs and mix well.
    Add flour and knead well.
    Let rise 2 1/2 hours.
    Beat down and squeeze dough, through thumb and index fingers, making round balls.
    Put in greased round cake pans.
    Let rise 2 hours.
    Cook at 350\u00b0
    until brown.
    Turn onto foil.
    Let cool or serve hot.
