Mashed Potato Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    2 eggs, beaten
    2/3 c. oil
    1 pkg. yeast
    5 to 6 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. scalded milk
    1/2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water. Combine the first 6 ingredients in given order. When lukewarm, add yeast and water. Stirring with a large spoon, add enough flour to make a firm dough, not stiff. Place in greased bowl and grease top of dough lightly with oil. Use right away or cover and put in refrigerator. Use within 4 days. Roll in shape; let rise in warm place 1 1/2 hours or until double in size. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
