Pizza Rustica Or Easter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks pepperoni, cut in quarters (Hormel)
    3 lb. Ricotta
    2 lb. Mozzarella, diced
    1 doz. eggs
    1 1/2 lb. sausage (out of casing)
    1/2 lb. Prosciutto, diced
    1/2 lb. salami or ham, diced (optional)
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown sausage meat and drain excess fat.
    Mix eggs, Ricotta and grated cheese.
    Add all other ingredients and mix well.
    Grease a large lasagna pan and pour mix in.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until golden brown.
    Best when settled for 1 day and heat before serving.
    Do not serve out of the oven or else the pie will run.
    Must be cooled down.
