Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
    3 whole chicken breasts
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. real mayonnaise
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. cooking sherry
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. croutons
Preparation
    Cook broccoli until crunchy.
    Cook chicken breasts and then cube (can use any cut up chicken or even leftover turkey).
    Layer chicken and broccoli.
    Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and sherry; pour over chicken.
    Top with cheese and croutons.
    Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
