Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Generously grease popover pans or large muffin cups.
    In a small bowl, beat eggs lightly. Add flour, salt and milk.
    Mix until just blended.
    Do not overbeat.
    Fill prepared pans half full with batter.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 325\u00b0.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until deep golden brown.
