Frozen Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage
    1 tsp. salt
    3 celery stalks
    1/2 green pepper
    1 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Chop vegetables.
    Sprinkle
    salt
    over\tcabbage and let stand 12 hours.
    Squeeze\tcabbage dry and add celery and green pepper. Mix
    vinegar,
    water,
    sugar, mustard seed and celery seed.
    Bring to a boil and let boil for 1 minute.
    Cool.
    Pour cooled dressing mixture
    over
    vegetables.\tMix well.
    Put in freezer containers and
    freeze.
    Thaw\tto serve.
    This keeps a nice crunch.
