Seafood Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1 (6 oz.) can tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 lb. crabmeat and shrimp
    2 c. sliced okra
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp. gumbo file
Preparation
    Brown onion and celery in oil for 1 minute.
    Mash tomatoes. Add to onion.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Add water to make 2 quarts of gravy.
