Baked Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. diced pepper
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. diced celery
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can pork and beans
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    Worcestershire sauce (if desired)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion, pepper and celery until soft.
    Add remaining ingredients; blend and simmer 5 minutes.
    Pour into baking dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
