Salmon Party Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon, drained (2 c.)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated onions
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon, removing skin and bones.
    Combine salmon with next 5 ingredients; mix thoroughly.
    Chill and shape into a ball.
    Roll in mixture of nuts and parsley.
