Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 or 6 potatoes
1 c. cheese
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. margarine
3 or 4 Tbsp. flour
salt
pepper
Preparation
-
Boil and drain potatoes.
Put in casserole dish.
Spray dish with Pam.
Melt margarine.
Add flour; add milk, salt and pepper. When thick, pour over potatoes.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is bubbly.
