Brunch Ambrosia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small apples, sliced
    2 medium grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
    2 medium oranges, peeled and sectioned
    1/2 c. unsweetened orange juice
    2 Tbsp. flaked coconut
    mint sprigs (optional)
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients; cover and chill 1 hour. Arrange fruit in individual serving dishes; sprinkle with coconut and garnish with mint, if desired.
