Glazed Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. concentrated apple juice, undiluted
    4 to 5 lb. pork roast
    potatoes
    onions
Preparation
    Half cook roast.
    Then place potatoes and onions in baker. Salt and pepper to taste.
    The apple juice gives the roast a glazed texture.
    Cook at 350 degrees until done.
    Baby carrots are optional if you like.
