Wacky Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cold water

Preparation

Combine ingredients and bake in a grease and floured pan at 350\u00b0 until tests done.
