Aunt Joy'S Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 c. sugar
    4 to 5 Tbsp. melted margarine
    24 oz. cream cheese
    4 medium eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. sugar
    1 pt. (16 oz.) sour cream
    1 c. heavy cream
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Grease with margarine the bottom and sides of a cheesecake pan.
    Mix cracker crumbs, 1 cup sugar and melted margarine together.
    Pat down firmly in pan and put in freezer while making the rest of the cake.
