Chicken Cutlets In Marinara Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. chicken breasts, flattened
2 c. marinara sauce
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. fresh basil and parsley
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
-
Lightly saute chicken breasts on both sides in olive oil. Spread in pan and top with sauce and Mozzarella and oregano.
Cook for 15 to 30 minutes, but in the last 5 minutes add fresh basil and parsley.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
